- Credit, Criminal, Sexual Predator and Eviction
- Employment history (3 years)
- Rental history (3 years)
- Provide the following services for property owners:
- - Monthly/Annual Statements
- Payment of utilities, lawn service and pool service
- Deposit proceeds into your bank account
- Semi-annual inspections of your property
- Manage property maintenance
- Eviction proceedings through Legal Assistance
· Service Fees
- Initial Leasing Fee of 100% of first month’s rent (If vacant) 50% upon
renewal with same tenant.
- Monthly Management Fee of 10% for Single Property
- Multiple properties (flexible commission schedule)
