Hello, I wanted to introduce our highly experienced Property Management team. Together, we have a combined twenty years of management and hospitality industry experience. I have brought that experience to an already wonderful and dedicated Property Management team.
Your team brings its own unique perspective to what managing your home is all about. We strive to exceed your expectations and deliver work that is always clear, concise and most importantly, accurate and efficient. We strive to set bar for what a Property Management Company should do, how they should act and what they should deliver!
Your team consists of two Property Managers that will be your major point of contact for all matters financial or general questions about your home. We have a Reservations Manager that hails from the UK and another reservation agent. We have two Quality Control Inspectors that visit your home each time a guest arrives to assure that there are no issues that could inspire guest complaints and finally we have an in-house Maintenance Engineer that will handle maintenance requests. We also have a host of professionals at the ready, to address any situation that may arise.
Communication is the utmost importance and when you call a member of the Welcome Homes Management Team, you can expect to hear a pleasant and reassuring voice on the other end of the telephone. We will either answer your questions immediately or tell you that we need to do the research to give you the correct answer and then get back to you in a timely fashion. Our goal is to always return telephone calls and email within one business day!
We belong to several professional Property Management organizations and also hold a CAM (Community Association Manager) license. This assures that we remain current with all laws and regulations affecting yours home.
